Dominate 2025

This past weekend, I sat under the canopy of DOMINATE 2025—a divine movement crafted by God through the hands of Manuela P. Mulondo.

What a stirring reminder to a hall packed with 1800+ ladies that each one has been called to live full lives in total surrender to God!

Hope Kemigisha took us on a raw, unfiltered journey. She laid her life bare—from a time when her entire world had collapsed. Once down to just a mattress on the floor, a leaking roof, children to raise alone, an HIV-positive diagnosis, a divorce, and no rent in sight—yet in that very place, God kept telling her she would travel the nations and influence the world for Him. She looked around and saw brokenness, but God kept speaking destiny.

Today, she’s HIV-free, happily married, travelling the world, and influencing lives for Christ—just as He said. But the journey didn’t begin with results; it began with identity.

We cannot walk in power if we don’t know who we are. You’ve got to settle this—your value isn’t tied to your past, your job, or your status. She reminded us that until we know who we are in Christ and remain anchored, we’ll never truly rise. From that place of knowing, get disgusted enough with your current stagnation that you move. Change doesn’t come to the comfortable. It finds the desperate.

She affirmed to us that while promotion is coming, only the prepared will recognize it. And when you want dominion, you’ve got to look like it, talk like it, dream like it, act like it. Dominion is not casual. You don’t prepare at the door; you prepare long before it ever swings open. Build networks that stretch you, not just comfort you. And cultivate a thriving personal culture—how you think, speak, carry yourself, and steward your time must reflect where you’re going.

Purity Wako poured deeply into the theme of honouring your body, soul, and spirit. This means what you eat, how you speak to yourself, the atmospheres you frequent, and even your friendships. From an unhealthy lifestyle at a tender age, the Holy Ghost regained control of her temple when she fully gave it over to Him and witnessed how He revived her to health. She called us to commit to growth and to flush out irrelevant connections—not out of malice, but for alignment purposes. She challenged us to view fitness not as a weighty obligation but rather as worship to God. And most importantly, to commit to a life of consistent and intentional progress.

Dr. Eunice Adubango spoke like a divine disruptor. She reminded us that even when you don’t have a name, a platform, or access to elite circles, your God-given creative mind and giftings will make way for you. From humble beginnings, with no entrance into “important” rooms, her mind has made room for her before kings. She is now influencing the highest offices in the land through stewardship of her innate capital. Her message was simple: your brain is your intelligence asset. Mine the gold within you. The capital is already in you, so engage it.

We carry creativity that can shape nations, ideas that can create solutions, and gifts that open doors to kings. Don’t underestimate what Heaven has deposited in you. There are treasures buried inside you, waiting to be drawn out.

Sylvia Mulinge’s story was a masterclass in Godcraft. She gave us a front-row seat to a “but God” moment. Rejected and publicly denied a work permit in Tanzania after being selected for a top job with Vodacom, Sylvia was dragged, shamed, and questioned in the media. It could have ended there. But God. Today, Sylvia is the most sought-after CEO, having been named Best MTN CEO across 20 African markets. In addition to her award, MTN Uganda secured multiple accolades, including the Group President and CEO Award for Y’ello Care—all within just two years of her riding at the helm of the telecom company. One of her peers, stunned by this progress, even admitted that if one didn’t know her any better, they’d have concluded that it was witchcraft at work. Her response? “It’s called GODCRAFT.” She carries God into every boardroom. She told us to stop separating our faith from our professional spaces because He is, in fact, our fuel.

She admonished the ladies in attendance to rise early, cultivate a personal altar, and walk boldly wherever we’ve been placed. If you want to rule at the top, strategize like you’re already seated there. Excellence must be your spiritual signature.

Finally, Manuela P. Mulondo closed us out not just as a host, but a real-time signpost of raw faith. She once lived in abject poverty, and together with her mother, they vended juice on the streets just to survive. She could not imagine filling a hall at Serena Hotel, Kampala with 1,800+ women or even securing sponsors, yet through experience, she had learned to surrender her dreams to God. And so, she trusted Him to do what He does best even when she couldn’t see how.

Worth mentioning is the fact that the vision for DOMINATE didn’t even start with her—it was her husband who first said to her that she needed to do an event of that kind. He called it “Vision.” Long before she could see it, he saw it in her. And as she stood before that packed hall, she honoured him for that faith and unwavering support. It was a reminder that when a woman is walking in her call, the strength and covering of a supportive partner can propel her into her divine assignment.

Emphatically,  Mrs. Mulondo challenged us not to divorce God from our waking moments. Don’t leave Him behind in your prayer closet. He is not an idol to be visited and left behind. Walk with Him through your meetings, parenting, leadership, decisions, finances. Let Him be Lord of your whole life—not just your devotional hour.

When I signed up to attend DOMINATE back in February, I had no information concerning the nature of the event or content. I’d just logged onto my feed the moment the first poster dropped—and a heavy hunch hit me. I paid up right away. I didn’t know what to expect, save for the fact that I was simply obeying the Holy Spirit’s prompt.

I can tell you this with every fibre of my being: I left that hall FULL. Literally. God fed me as each of those ladies poured their hearts out.

In a world filled with all manner of agendas, it’s always heart-warming to encounter women radically devoted to executing God’s will—and doing it with excellence.

If you wish you’d been there, or you already know you need to be part of what’s next—mark your calendar: 28th March 2026 – DOMINATE 2026

You will not want to miss the next chapter of this God-led movement.
